Most know Concord is home for one of the premiere music venues, the Concord Pavilion but those visiting or living in Concord have music all around them throughout the year!

Want that perfect music experience? Then head to the Concord Pavilion. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been every year, Concord Pavilion makes it super convenient with a Day of Show webpage that lists what is allowed into the venue as well as traffic and weather conditions. You can choose seats closer to the stage or take in the music under the stars on the amphitheater lawn. Upgrades for parking, entry and seating are available for most shows (while they last) as well as a VIP Club Upgrade that gives you access to the Terrace Club Lounge and its private no host bar, bathrooms and easy access to your seat through the VIP Gate. Make it dinner and a show with the many food offerings the Concord Pavilion provides from bratwurst and garlic fries to soba noodles and black bean burgers. Or look for the rotating food truck choices for dining! You’ll have plenty of options for beverages too!

Music and Market Series
Todos Santos Park
May through September (Thursdays, 6:30pm to 8pm)
The perfect way to unwind at the end of the day, Music and Market takes place every Thursday (May through September) with band after band performs. 2018 is the series 30th year and doesn’t disappoint with music for every palette including Indie Rockers Kingsborough, the all-female Led Zeppelin powerhouse, >Zepperella, the Bay Area’s best mariachi band, Mariachi Mexicanismo, country music’s Chase McKinney and so many more. Of special note, <The Purple Ones will perform an insatiable tribute to Prince on what would have been his 60th Birthday. A definite can’t miss is Foreverland and their electrifying tribute to Michael Jackson.
There is plenty of delicious food and beverage surrounding you before, during or after the concert starting with the fresh, local fare from the Concord Farmers’ Market. You can also grab coffee and something light at Peet’s Coffee and Tea, dinner at Lima, take out from Hot Dog Palace, a beer at The Hop Grenade, ice cream at Cream or try any of themany other tempting options.

Blues lovers can soak up blues, brews and BBQ every Tuesday night at Todos Santos Park throughout July. On stage this year are Dana Fuchs, Tommy Castro & the Painkillers, Tia Carroll and Her Awesome Blues Band and rounding out the month is the Jr. DeVille Blues Band.
Bonus: July 10th check out Cool Concord Cars in a FREE classic car show also in Todos Santos, 5:30 to 7:30pm! For those wishing to participate there are no registration fees with dash plaques, goodies bags and prizes for the winners!
